With over twenty years of working closely with entrepreneurs from business startup to maturity, Amanda has seen her clients win awards, build strong and sustainable businesses and attain significant personal goals. She is passionate about helping women in business, and is excited by entrepreneurial innovation and creative thinking.
Amanda is recognised as an expert in strategy for small business having facilitated strategic growth for over 50 businesses and Chaired the advisory boards of 8 private companies from start-up to $500m in turnover. She has founded two companies, sold two and been an investor in an e-commerce business, a catering company and occasionally helps run the family car rental business. She also the co-founder of Growth Education Institute (groei) Australia’s first ever virtual multi-level mentoring program, designed to help regional small businesses grow sustainably and successfully.
Amanda was a Director of peer mentoring business Executive Roundtable (ER) from 2000-2006 when it was sold to competitor The Executive Connection. ER had over 150 members in South East Queensland, all founders and managers of small business. Since then Amanda has chaired two peer groups for TEC and is in the top 5% of Chairs nationally (winning six awards for Chair excellence) and was the first female Chair in Australia.

He has twenty five years of business experience at a variety of different levels from startup to growing a $200millon turnover company with 3000 staff nationally. His diverse range of business experience gives him a unique perspective on the issues that affect your business success.
He is an operational specialist and excels in working in your business to help you with the most difficult aspects of getting your business back on track. He will make the hard calls on your behalf, and coach you through issues on a day-to-day basis so you can concentrate on working on the aspects of the business you know best. He will hold you accountable to make the tough decisions when they must be made, to make sure you manage all the risks, at the right time.
Peter Clark is a retail specialist and was one of the original founders of Crazy Clarks. He left the PE group that acquired Clark’s in 2003 and then started Groove Accessories, a highly successful value end retail and wholesale women’s fashion business, that grew to 42 stores nationally. Peter exited that business by sale in 2009. Since then he has consulted to distressed businesses, returning to discount retail over the first six months of 2012 as the Divisional Manager of The Reject Shop on a short term contract overseeing 50 retail outlets with an annual turnover of $120million.
