How it works
To launch the strategic planning process we meet to discuss the preparation we need to make the event a success. We obtain as much information from all your current systems including data such as customer and product profit contribution, customer feedback, competitor information and financial trends. Using the data gives us a clear snapshot of the current business performance as opposed to gut feel.
We help you decide who your strategy team is going to be. Who will contribute best? Who will be responsible for projects that come out of the planning discussion? We want the right people in the room to bring great ideas who will communicate and champion the process.
We assist you to develop the structure for the day/s and recommend a process to ensure your results are achieved. Agendas and preparation information are circulated to the team before the day.
On the day we have fun, we listen, direct, ask questions and challenge your team to stay on track and focussed. We provide the materials we need to ensure the session is interactive and memorable.
After the event the flipcharts and notes are collated into a detailed summary report and a one page business plan which are delivered to you with a clear action plan to suit your outcomes.
We then meet to debrief the feedback and outcomes from the event, set dates for the follow up quarterly strategy sessions and monthly accountability meetings.
